Our mission is to empower athletes through exceptional coaching built on experience, continuous education, and personalized mentorship. We invest in our coaches through elite training opportunities, advanced certifications, and hands-on development to ensure they lead with knowledge, purpose, and impact. Our commitment to excellence drives player growth both on and off the court, helping each athlete achieve their goals at every level.
PAO STL began with a vision: to create more than just volleyball teams.
They wanted a program that builds the complete athlete — not just in skill, but in spirit, teamwork, discipline, and character. Serving the girls of the Greater St. Louis area and surrounding counties with both our St. Charles location (PAO STL) and our South County location (PAO Southside), PAO STL opened its doors to young players who dream big and are hungry to grow.
From humble open gyms and tryouts to pushing teams into competitive tournaments across the region, PAO STL has earned a reputation for hard work, passion, and results. Along the way, they celebrate every milestone — whether it’s placing second at a tournament, mastering a new skill, or simply showing up and giving it your all.
